Foot and Amsterdam

In other news at the weekend  I was in Amsterdam for a short visit, it snowed which made Amsterdam's cobbled streets very interesting with my ankle. But the fun had to end at some point so I had to get up 5.30am to get a flight back to the London Gatwick. On the trip back I was able to take this lovely shot the clouds at 13,000 feet just over the East coast of the UK.

Is it a bird is it a plane?  this is a shot taken by a friend while travelling on the Eurostar.Makes you wonder if the bird saw it coming?

Interesting week

I'm currently out of the office and Monday saw me in Manchester were I saw the new Hilton hotel in Manchester, very modernist and quite lovely.


Today I flew to Finland to do some ContentAgent training at a university in the country, when i checked in you normally see the usual, do not disturb signs and minibar but at the Sokos they have a special door hanger for extra special guest.

When to pick up Emma, in Stamford and have afternoon tea with her parents. What a lovely little town, pity we only had time for tea at the George hotel before departing back to London.
